The death has occurred of Tommie McGovern, Ballyconnell. Co.Cavan 18th of January 2025, peacefully at The Mater hospital Dublin, surrounded by his loving family.

 

Predeceased by his parents John and Kate, his birth mother Bridgit, his sister Lilian and brother Peter.

 

Much loved husband of Angela, father of Catherine (Eric), Thomas, Oliver (Ciara), Aisling (Shane), Emma (Paul) and Carola. Adored Grandad of Shauna, James, Laura, Nathan, Danielle, Ella, Ben, Brandon, Dylan, Jason and Alanna.

Beloved brother of Mary.

Reposing at his home on Monday evening from 4 o'clock to 9 o'clock.

House private at all other times please.

Removal from his home on Tuesday morning to arrive at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Ballyconnell for funeral Mass at 12 o'clock.

 

Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

 

May his gentle soul rest in eternal peace.
