Tommy Grimes

Tommy Grimes, Belmont, Ballinea, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath ~ February 8th 2024 ~ Peacefully in his 97th year, in the company of his loving family and in the tender care of the staff at the Brosna Unit, Cluain Lir Care Centre, Mullingar.

Predeceased by his beloved wife Nellie, sister Mary-Ann (Hyland), brother Johnny , son-in-law Pat and daughter-in-law Martina.

Tommy will be very sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his family, daughters, Marie (Kilmurray), Margaret (Murray), Veronica (Foran), Bernadette (Lambden), sons Tommy and Gerry, his much loved grandchildren and great-grandchildren, sons-in-law Mick, Fred, and Brendan, daughter-in-law Kathleen and Gerry's partner Caroline, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

May Tommy Rest in Peace

Reposing at St. Mary's Hospital Chapel, Longford Road, (Cluain Lir campus) on Friday 9th February from 4 pm concluding with prayers at 6.15pm followed by removal to the Church of the Assumption, Walshestown, arriving at 7pm. Tommy's Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 11am followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
