The death has occurred of
Tommy Lyons
Lyons, (Tommy) (Lucan, Co. Dublin and formerly of The Irish Times) October 14th., 2025. Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family in the excellent care of the staff at The Hermitage Clinic. Beloved husband of Maureen and much-loved father of Paul, Rob and Sarah, cherished father-in-law of Dave, Kathy and Fiona and a devoted gag of Noah, Holly, Sam, Liam, Eva, Ali and Zoe. Sadly missed by his loving wife, sons, daughter, grandchildren, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunt, cousins, nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends.

Reposing at his residence on Thursday evening (October 16th) between 5 pm and 7 pm. A service to celebrate Tommy’s life will be held on Friday morning (October 17th) at 10 o’clock in Newlands Cross Crematorium.
