Peacefully and suddenly in University Hospital Limerick.

Deeply missed by his loving family, wife Anne, daughter Mandy, son Seán, daughter-in-law Melissa, brother John, sisters Mary and Eileen, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Tommy will repose in Mc Mahon's Funeral Home, Shannon this Sunday (29th September) from 4pm to 5:30pm followed by removal to Ss. John and Paul's Church. Funeral Mass Monday (30th September) at 10:30am followed by cremation service in Shannon Crematorium at 12noon.
