The death has occurred of
Tommy Whelton
Whelton (Ballintemple, Cork and Ballydehob, Co. Cork), on November 2nd 2023, peacefully in the exceptional care of Brian and his team at Blarney Nursing Home; Tommy (late of Denis O’ Sullivan Solicitors). Beloved husband of Lynn (née Welch) and loving father of Thomas, David and Linda (Bennett). Treasured father-in-law to Assumpta, Alan and Siobhan. Cherished by his loving grandchildren Luke, Olivia, Kate, Alex, Emily and Sarah, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, extend family, friends and kind neighbours. Predeceased by his sister Lily, brother John, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
Service in St. Michael’s Church, Church Road, Blackrock on Monday, November 6th, at 11.00am. Funeral afterwards to St. Luke’s Churchyard, Douglas.
No flowers please. Donations to C.O.F.F.A House or The Alzheimer’s Society of Ireland. Donation box will be provided at the church.
