The death has occurred of
Tony Kierans
Kierans (Parklands Drive, Common’s Road, Cork), on February 2nd 2026, peacefully in the presence of his loving family at Marymount University Hospital and Hospice; Tony, beloved husband of Marie and much loved father of Nicola, Derek and Leonie. Sadly missed by his heartbroken wife, daughters, son, grandchildren Katie, Chloe, Sophia, Belle, Ollie, Josh, Isaac and Willow, sons-in-law Ken and Derek, daughter-in-law Samantha, sister Lillian, brother Pat, brother-in-law Frank, sister-in-law Jackie, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends. Tony’s family is eternally grateful to the staff at Marymount for the excellent, loving care given to him.
Visitation at O’ Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge on Wednesday February 4th from 6.00pm to 7.00pm, with prayers at 6.45pm. Requiem Mass in The Church of The Resurrection, Farranree on Thursday February 5th at 11.00am. Funeral afterwards to St. Catherine’s Cemetery, Kilcully.
