Tony Kirwan

Kirwan, Tony- 25th of June 1949 to 17th of April 2026.

Tony passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family in the care of the wonderful staff at Midlands Regional Hospital Portlaoise and previously St James Hospital.

Loving husband and best friend to Annette. Father to Marie (Stafford), Alan, Mark & Gary.
Grandfather and legend to Adam, Sean, Isabel, Eric, Alannah, Kayleigh, Charlie, Anthony and Emily.

Predeceased by his parents Maureen and Joe. Siblings Lily (Crawford) and Donal.

Sadly missed by his son-in-law Donal, daughters-in-law Valerie, Debbie and Sarina. Brother Eddie, sisters Sheila and Marian, brothers and sisters in law, nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends and neighbours.

Rest In Peace.

Reposing Moloney’s Funeral Home (R32 PC95) on Sunday from 4pm. Recital of The Rosary at 6.30pm.

Removal from his home on Monday at 10.45am to St. Joseph’s Church Mountmellick for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial after in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
