Tony Ruby

Ruby (Tower/Blarney) (late of Pfizer’s). On May 16th 2024, after an illness bravely borne, Tony passed away very peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and in the wonderful care of the Bon Secours Hospital Cork. Dearly loved husband of Eleanor (nee O’Sullivan), much loved father of Linda and Ian. He will be sadly missed by his loving family, his grandchild Joe, mother-in-law Nora O’Sullivan, sisters Kathleen and Mary, brothers Tom and Michael, daughter-in-law Carmel, son-in-law Gerrard, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and a very large number of friends.

Rest in peace.

Lying in repose at Crowley’s Funeral Home, Ballincollig on Saturday (18th May) from 4pm to 5.30pm followed by prayers. Requiem Mass on Monday at 11.30am at St Senan’s Church, Cloghroe which can be viewed on https://www.churchservices.tv/stsenans. Funeral afterwards to St Senan’s Cemetery, Tower. Family flowers only. The family would like to thank Dr. Brian Bird and all the staff of St Bernadette's Ward for all the kindness and compassion shown to Tony. We will be forever grateful.
