TONY SHEEHAN

SHEEHAN, Tony (Sandymount, Dublin 4) 1st July 2025 (peacefully) after a short illness in St. Vincent’s Hospital. Beloved husband of Lorna and much loved father of Suzanne, Katie and Robert. He will be very sadly missed by his family, brother John and sister Mary, mother-in-law Geraldine (McGowan) son-in-law James, brother-in-law Carl, nieces, nephew, extended family and many friends and former colleagues in Dunnes Stores Head Office.

Reposing in Fanagans Funeral Home, 54, Aungier Street, Dublin 2 on Sunday (6th July) from 3pm to 4.30pm. A Funeral Service to celebrate Tony’s life will take place on Monday (July 7th) at 2.30 pm in the Victorian Chapel, Mount Jerome, Harold’s Cross. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired to the Irish Cancer Society. Tony’s ashes will be interred in a family plot in Ballyduff West, Co. Waterford at a later date.
