Ulla Durnfelder

The death has occurred of Ursula Durnfelder better known as Ulla, Ocean View Park, Lahinch, Co. Clare. Ulla passed away on the 9th February 2026. Predeceased by her sisters Wita, Erika, Fanni and brother Fredi.

Sadly missed by her brothers Werner, Robert, sister Susanne, sisters-in-law Christina, Flora, nephews, nieces and her lifelong friend Martina from Berlin.

May Ulla Rest in Peace

In accordance with Ullas wishes, a private cremation will take place in Shannon Crematorium.

A special word of thanks to the staff at the dialysis unit in UHL and Jeff. A heartfelt thanks to the many carers who were very good to Ulla and especially Margaret Egan. To Ulla's amazing wide circle of friends and neighbours, especially, Eireen, Emily, Claire, Gerry, Irene, Rachel, Elisha, Emer, Mary & Stephan Unglert, Ian, Uta, Mandy, Josephine, Valerie, Sylvia Slattery & family, Ronnie and Maura.

Donations if desired to Clare Animal Rescue (CAW) or Second Chance Animal Rescue (SCAR) Ullas love of animals was renowned far and wide, they were her family. Jacques, Lucky, Zoe, Bella Jack and Puss Puss to name a few.
