Ultan Crowley Claydon

Our kind, smart and funny breath of life Ultan, passed surrounded by his mom, his brothers, his two cats and close family members.

Cherished by his family, Ultan's adventure was shortened by an illness he bore with strength, dignity beyond his years and courage.

A loss deeply felt by his heartbroken mother Kathy, his brothers, Odie, Finn and Conn, his mother's caring partner Davy; his aunts, Veronica, Mona, Mags, Elaine, Lillian; his uncles; John, Colm, Brendan, and Liam; his cousins, Michael, Aisling, Luke, Colm, Ben, Donagh, Ian, Clodagh, Sean, Ruairí, Jack, Ella, Oliver, Izzie, Noah, Maebh, Mikey, Eli, Joey, Fintan, Ronan, and Rian.

His grand-aunt and grand-uncles, his school family at Canon Sheehan Primary School; Doneraile GAA and Buttevant AFC clubmates.

Ultan's family would like to thank the Mercy University Hospital, Crumlin Children's Hospital, St Luke's Hospital Rathgar, Marymount Hospice and the Laura Lynn Foundation and all the doctors and nurses who cared for Ultan so well during his illness.

Mass of the Angels will take place on Tuesday, 8th August 2023, at 2pm in the Church of The Nativity of The Blessed Virgin Mary, Doneraile.

Ultan will be laid to rest in the loving arms of his grandparents Sean and Mary V Crowley and his aunt Anne Marie in Oldcourt Cemetery.

Today and always may Ultan's loving memory bring us peace, comfort and strength.
