Una Parkes
(née O'Brien)
PARKES (née O’Brien), Úna (Finchley, London, and formerly of Glasnevin, Dublin) Passed away peacefully on January 7th, 2025 at the North London Hospice. Beloved wife of Brendan, cherished mother of Claire, Laura and Julie and adoring grandmother to Amelia, Conor, Daniel, Annabel and Alexander. Forever loved and sadly missed by her husband, daughters, grandchildren, sons-in-law Jason, Mark and Kieron, much loved sisters and brothers Ann, Dónal, Pearse and Sheelagh.
Úna will be very sadly missed by her treasured friends and extended family.
May she rest in peace.
Removal on Friday morning (January 17th) to the church of Our Lady Mother of the Church, Castleknock arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by burial in Glasnevin Cemetery (St. Patrick’s).
