The death has occurred of
Val McDonagh (Snr)
Peacefully, after a short illness in the wonderful care of the nurses, doctors and health care assistants at St. Brigid’s Hospice the Curragh, in the presence of his loving family on 23rd June, 2023.
Beloved husband of Betty, and loving father of Val (Jnr), Eimear, Aideen, Ciara and baby Darragh (deceased). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his family and sisters Kathleen, Eilish and Ann,his treasured grandchildren Aoibhe, Daire, Abi and James, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sons-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbours and a large circle of friends.
Rest in Peace
Reposing at McWey’s Funeral Home, Abbeyview, Kildare Town on Sunday, 25th June, 2023, from 5pm with Rosary at 7pm.
Removal thereafter to his home.
Removal by Glennons Funeral Directors on Monday, 26th June, to arrive at St Brigid’s Church, Suncroft for Requiem Mass at 11am.
Burial afterwards in Holy Cross Cemetery, Suncroft.
