Val passed away peacefully in the tender loving care of Maria Goretti nursing home Kilmallock, 24th December 2025 surrounded by his loving family.

Predeceased by his sister Joan (Fisher) and his brothers Art and Norman.

Sadly missed by his loving wife Nancy and his family Joe, Ken and Connie (Russell).

Grandchildren Joseph, Ian, Dawn, Keith, Shane, Liam and Valerie, great grandchildren Allie, Kai, Keelan, Finn, Ben, Teddy, Nellie and Milo, son in law Liam, daughters in law Antoinette and Ann, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, cousins, family relatives and a wide circle of friends.

Val will be reposing at Davern's funeral home, Hospital, Co. Limerick (V35XV96) this Saturday evening (27th December) from 5.30pm until 7pm.

Funeral cortége arriving at St. Johns Church Knockainey for a funeral service at 2pm Sunday (28th December), burial afterwards in St. Mary's Church Cemetery.
