Jennings (née O’Brien), Barbersfort, Tuam and formerly of Annaghcross, Ballyglunin. Valerie, who passed away peacefully following a short illness in St. Joseph’s Ward, UCH, Galway on November 19th 2021 surrounded by her loving family.

Valerie will be deeply missed by her devoted husband Shane, her beautiful children Séan & Michelle, father Michael, mother Patty, her three sisters Sheila, RoseMarie & Martina, father-in-law Sonny, mother-in-law Margaret, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many many friends.

Valerie will be reposing at her home on Sunday 21st November 2021 for extended family, neighbours & close friends of the Jennings & O’Brien Families and are invited to pay their respects from 3.00pm to 7.00pm. The family home is strictly private on Saturday November 20th. 2021.

Valerie’s funeral cortège will leave her home at 11.30am on Monday 22nd November 2021 for Mass at 12.00 noon in St. Mary’s Church, Killererin, Co. Galway, (H54 WY44) followed by burial in Killererin New Cemetery.

Family flowers only, donations if desired to Tuam Cancer Care.

All those attending the funeral services are asked to please adhere to the government advice and HSE guidelines in respect of social distancing on public gatherings. We please ask for no shaking of hands and for face coverings to be worn.
