The death has occurred of Valerie McCarthy (Née Burke) - late of Tower House, The Quay, Clonmel, Co.Tipperary - August 18th 2024. Peacefully at Melview Nursing Home in the company of her loving friends and family. Predeceased by her husband Terence, sister Nora, mother Kitty and father Denis. A dear sister, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Valerie will be very sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her family, sons Conor and Hugh, grandchildren Rory, Killian and Zara, great-grandchild Blake, sister Catherine and daughters-in-law Olga and Dharmista, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and much loved friends.

Reposing at Fennessy's Funeral Home on Tuesday next, 27th August, from 10 o'clock to 12 o'clock with removal to Ss.Peter & Paul's Church arriving at 12.50 o'clock for requiem mass at 1 o'clock followed by interment in St.Patrick's Cemetery. In lieu of attendance messages of sympathy can be left in the condolence section below.
