Vera Byrne
(née Dolan)

Vera Byrne (née Dolan), Kilcar, Athlone, Co. Roscommon, January 1st 2024, peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, after a short illness, in her 93rd year. Predeceased by her loving husband Willie, son Liam (Mount Temple), infant twins Henry and John and her 12 siblings.

Beloved mother of Niall, Ronnie, Barbara, Ken, Veronica (Harry) and Janice. Sadly missed by her daughters-in-law Mary, Ann, Denise and Ann, sons-in-law Mike Murphy and Emmett Gallagher both (Corofin, Co. Clare). Fondly remembered by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and her many good friends. Special thanks to the Palliative Care team and her daughter Barbara for their exceptional care.

May Her Gentle Soul Rest In Peace.

Reposing at St Brigid's Funeral Home, Brideswell (N37 EK88) on Wednesday evening (January 3rd) from 5 o'c until 7 o'c. Removal from her home on Thursday morning (January 4th) to arrive at St Brigid's Church, Curraghboy for Mass of the Resurrection at 11 o'c. Burial afterwards in Cam Cemetery.
