Vera Kennedy (née McConville) Mill Green, Gorey, Co. Wexford and formerly of Newry, Co. Down. Died 30th April 2025 peacefully at Oakfield Nursing Home Courtown, Gorey. Beloved wife of the late Michael (Duckman) loving mother of Debra, Mark, Michelle, Desmond and Mary and sister of Brian, Phill, Maureen, Brendan, Deirdre, Maurice and the late Pat, Jim, Kathleen, Anna, Mary and Rosaleen. Deeply regretted by her loving sons, daughters, sisters, brothers, grandchildren Oscar, Maia, Eve, Heidi, Stella and Ruby, great-grandchild Isla, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Vera will be reposing at Floods Funeral Home, McDermott Street, Gorey (Y25E8D4) on Thursday (1st May) from 5.00pm to 7.00pm. Funeral Mass on Friday (2nd May) at 11.00am in St. Michael's Church, Gorey followed by burial in St. Michael's Cemetery, Gorey. Family flowers only donations if desired to The Friends of Gorey Hospital. House private on Friday morning please.
