Vera died peacefully in Mullingar Regional Hospital on December 29th 2025 surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her parents Thomas and Veronica, brothers Tommy and Michael, sisters Mary and Roisin and her son Brendan's fiancée Mary Buckley.

Vera will be sadly missed and forever remembered by her family, son Brendan, daughter Jacqueline, son-in-law Marcus, her adored grandchildren Megan and Adam, sisters Ann Kilmurray and Carmel Grehan, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and her dear friends.

We will hold you close within our hearts
And there you shall remain,
To walk with us throughout our lives
Until we meet again.

Reposing in Connell's Funeral Home, Church St, Longford (N39KN66) on Tuesday 30th from 6pm concluding with prayers at 7pm.

Funeral Mass on Wednesday 31st at 1.30pm in the Holy Trinity Church, Ballinalee (N39 PP60). Followed by a private cremation.
