(née O'Toole)
Vera (Veronica) Burke (née O’Toole) of Ballywaltrim, Bray, Co. Wicklow passed away peacefully on 14th September, 2018, at St. Vincent's Private Hospital, Dublin, after a long illness, surrounded by her loving family; much loved wife of Charlie and dearly beloved mother of Sharon, Colum, Triona, Oriel, fondly remembered by her sons-in-law David and Karl, daughter-in-law Jenny, her 10 grandchildren, brothers, sisters, family and friends.
Reposing at Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray on Monday, 17th September from 5.00pm to 7.00pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday, 18th September at 11.00am in St. Fergal’s Church, Ballywaltrim, Bray followed by cremation in Mount Jerome, Harolds Cross, Dublin 6W at 1.00pm. In accordance with Vera’s wishes there will be family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Purple House Cancer Support can be made at the funeral home or church. It is requested that no black should be worn at her funeral.
