Veronica F. (Vera) Palmer
(née O'Reilly)
Palmer (née O’Reilly) Veronica F. (Vera) (Shankill, Co. Dublin and Cappamore, Co. Limerick) January 3rd 2025. Peacefully in her 94th year in the care of all the staff at Beechfield Manor Nursing Home, Shankill. Beloved wife of the late James (Jim). Predeceased by sisters Eileen (Kelly), Kathleen (McQuaid) and brothers Charlie, Kevin and Tom. Deeply regretted by her daughters Marion and Deirdre, son John, son-in-law Peter, daughter-in-law Eve and grandchildren Ellie and Jack. Sadly missed by Peter’s children David, Niamh and their families.

Vera will be reposing on Wednesday 8th January from 4pm to 6pm in Carnegies Funeral Home. Monkstown. (A94XK28). Funeral Mass on Thursday 9th January at 10am in St. Anne’s Church, Shankill followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery.
