Veronica Gaffney

The death has occurred of Veronica Gaffney, peacefully on February 2nd 2024, surrounded by her loving family, listening to her favorite melodies, in the exceptional care of the of the staff at Rathborne Nursing Home, following a life full of courage, joy and dignity. A devoted wife of the late Patrick and beloved mother. She will be sadly missed by her beloved family, her daughter Veronica, sons James, Patrick, George, Derek, Philip, Anthony and Alan, son in law, daughters in law, grandchildren, her sister Sally and cousins Margret, Suzan and Josephine, sisters in law, brothers in law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at her home on Monday from 4pm until 7pm. Funeral Mass on Tuesday,at 11.30am in Saint Thomas the Apostle Church, Laurel Lodge, Carpenterstown, Dublin 15. Burial afterwards in Newlands Cross Cemetery.
