Veronica Garvey (nee Johnson) of Lower Meelick, Co. Clare and formerly Banagher, Co.Offaly. Retired teacher of Catherine McAuley School.
January 10th 2026 peacefully in University Hospital Limerick after a short illness.
Dearly beloved mother of Marie-Therese and Anne-Marie. Predeceased by her husband Peadar, parents Harry and Margaret and sisters Rosemary and Margaret. Sadly missed by her brothers Basil and Brian, son in-law Paul, grandchildren Rosie and Paddy, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Church of St. John the Baptist, Meelick on Wednesday (14th January) from 5.30pm to 7pm. Requiem Mass will take place on Thursday (15th January) at 12 noon followed by private cremation.
