The death has occurred of Veronica McDonnell (née Callaghan), Kinard, Crossmolina, Co. Mayo.

Peacefully at her home, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her beloved husband Tom. Veronica will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her daughters Mary, Barbara, Veronica and Áine, and her sons Frank, Tommie, Michael, Kevin and David; her sons-in-law: John, Liam, John and William and daughters-in-law: Bernie, Anne, Anna, Valerie and Karen; her adored grandchildren Jonathan, Laura, Paul, John, David, Dylan, Brianna, Richard, Robert, Nola, Ruairí, Tom, Cillian, Chloe and Ava, and her beloved ten great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May her kind and gentle soul rest in peace.

Reposing at Hiney’s Funeral Home, Crossmolina (F26 DH95) on Friday 26th December from 5pm with removal at 7pm to The Church of Our Lady, Kilmurry.

Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday 27th December at 12 noon with burial afterwards in Kilmurry Cemetery.
