The death has occurred of
Veronica (Vera) Byrne
Byrne (née Doyle) Veronica (Vera) on 18th January 2026 died in her 100th year in St. Vincent’s Hospital surrounded by her family. Pre-deceased by her husband Frank and daughter Margaret and brothers Eamonn and Sean. She will be sadly missed by her sons Joe, John and Frank and daughter Gerarda. Also, her 12 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, extended family and friends.
Reposing Wednesday January 21st in Quinn’s of Glasthule from 7pm-9pm. Removal Thursday January 22nd to Our Lady of Good Counsel Church, Johnstown/Killiney arriving for 10am Funeral Mass which can be viewed online at www.churchservices.tv/johnstownourlady, followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery. Family flowers only please.
