The death has occurred of
Very Rev. Fr. Donal Broderick P.E.
The Very Rev. Fr. Donal Broderick P.E. Freemount and late P.P. Glanworth, Co. Cork.
Fr. Donal passed away peacefully in the exceptional care of the staff at Marymount University Hospital and Hospice in the presence of his family. Beloved son of the late John & Josephine Broderick Freemount, brother of Ann, Maura (Collins) and the late Tim, Sean and Eddie, uncle of the late Martina. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sisters, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, Bishop William Crean and the Clergy of Cloyne Diocese & his Divine Word Missionaries Colleagues. former parishioners, relatives and friends.
Requiescat in pace.
Reposing at Holy Cross Church, Glanworth Tuesday from 5.00.pm. until 8.00.pm. followed by prayers. Concelebrated Requiem Mass Wednesday at 12 noon burial afterwards in the grounds of The Church of the Nativity Ballyhooly. (Holy Cross Church P51 K825).
Fr. Donal Ministered in Midleton, Liscarroll, Castlemartyr and Castlelyons Parishes during his priesthood and was Priest in residence in Ballyhooly.
Fr. Donal also Ministered in Montserrat, San Jose and Santa Cruz.
