Very Rev. Fr. John Ryan (P.E.), (M.B.E.) (retired Chaplain Royal Navy) (former Parish Priest of St Mary’s of the Crays, Crayford, Kent and formerly of Agharina House, Dripsey)

On August 31st 2025 peacefully at Adelaide Care Home, Bexleyheath, Kent, Fr. John son of the late Tom and Nora Ryan and brother of Kathleen (Rice), Tomás, William, Helen (O’Riordan), and the late Con, Joe (Ahearne) and Tess (Murphy). Deeply mourned by his family, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, his carer Vanessa, Archbishop, Priests and Parishioners of the Archdiocese of Southwark, relatives and friends.

Lying in repose at Crowley's Funeral Home Ballincollig (P31W982) Sunday (14th) from 3.00pm to 5.00pm followed by removal to St Mary's Church, Berrings (P12 HY45).

Requiem Mass at 11am Monday (15th) which can be viewed on https://corklivestream.com/funerals. Funeral afterwards to St Finbarr's Cemetery Cork.
