The death has occurred of
Very Rev. Fr. Seamus COX P.E.
(Peacefully), in the tender loving care of the staff at Innis Ree Lodge, Ballyleague. He will be very sadly missed by his nieces Celine Sloane, Anne Gannon-Clancy, Joan Sullivan, Mary Gannon-Shaughnessy, Emily Briody and Catherine Greene, brother-in-law Michael Gannon (Longford), sister-in-law Marie Cox (Rooskey), nephews-in-law, grandnieces, grandnephews, Bishop Kevin Doran, Bishop Emeritus Christopher Jones, priests in the Elphin Diocese, relatives, parishioners, and many friends.
Reposing at St Bride’s Church, Ballintubber on Tuesday evening from 7 o’c until evening prayers at 10 o’c. Concelebrated Mass of the Resurrection on Wednesday at 1 o’c with burial afterwards in the Church grounds
