The death has occurred of the Very Reverend Michael Canon Fleming P.P. V.F., Killorglin and formerly of Scartaglen.

Very Reverend Michael Canon Fleming P.P. V.F., unexpectedly, on 8th May 2020, in Cork University Hospital. Deeply regretted by his loving family Mai (Fleming) Killarney, Eileen (Carew) Tipperary, Patrick (New Jersey), Sr De Lourdes (Mercy Sisters, Tralee) and Sr Angela (Mercy Sisters, Clonakilty, Co. Cork). His sister-in-law, brother-in-law, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, great-grandnephews and great-grandnieces, Bishop Ray Browne and the Priests of the Diocese of Kerry, parishioners & the communities in which he ministered, relatives, his kind neighbours and many friends.

Removal at 9.15am Tuesday morning (May 12th) from Flynn's Funeral Home Killorglin, via Cromane Church & Dooks, to St. James' Church, Killorglin.

In accordance with Government guidelines

A private funeral will take place for Canon Michael.

The Funeral Mass at 10.30am will be live streamed on https://www.mcnmedia.tv/camera/killorglin-st-james-church with burial afterwards in the Church grounds.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at a later date which all can attend.
