The death has occurred of
Very Reverend Fr Criostóir Mac Donald
MacDONALD (Cork & late of Skibbereen): On October 18th, 2023, unexpectedly, while on pilgrimage in Rome. VERY REVEREND FR CRIOSTÓIR Mac DONALD Co.PP, St. Joseph’s Church, Mayfield, dearly beloved son of the late Joseph and Sadie Mac Donald.
Deeply mourned by his loving sister Anne, brother-in-law Robert, nephew Ciarán, niece Kalin, Bishop Fintan Gavin, Bishop John Buckley, his fellow clergy, the parishioners of Curraheen and Mayfield, relatives and a wide circle of friends.
Fr Criostóir will be lie in rest in St. Joseph’s Church, Mayfield, on Friday (November 3rd) from 6.00pm until Celebration of Vespers at 7.00pm.
Requiem Mass at 10.00am on Saturday (November 4th) in the Church of the Real Presence, Curraheen Road, which will be live streamed on
Interment afterwards in the Church Grounds.
