PHELAN, Vincent J, Blackrock, Co. Dublin (formerly, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary), Wednesday, 30th October peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff in Belmont Nursing Home. Predeceased by his wife Anne and son Declan, brothers Niel and Andrew.

Deeply regretted by his children Bernard and Caroline, Grandchildren, Great-grandchild and entire family circle and many friends.

May his gentle soul Rest in Peace.

Reposing at Massey Bros. Funeral Home, Newtown Park (A94 X308) from 5pm - 7pm on Monday 4th November. Funeral Mass will be held in St. John the Baptist Church, Blackrock at 10am on Tuesday, 5th November, followed by committal prayers in Massey Bros. Funeral Home, 5 Newtown Park, Blackrock (A94 X308).
