Vincent Murphy

The death has occurred of Vincent Murphy of Woodquay, Galway and formerly of West Hampstead, London and Wakefield, Shrule, Co. Galway, after a short illness at UCHG on Saturday the 1st of October.

Predeceased by his parents Thomas and Mary and his brother-in-law Kieran O'Sullivan. Sadly missed by his brothers and sisters, Sr. Angela (Marita) (Birmingham), Mattie Joe, Bridie and Pascal (Wakefield, Shrule) and Ann O'Sullivan (Oughterard), sisters-in-law Nora and Marie, nephews and nieces, grand nephews and grand nieces.

Remains reposing at Cradock's Funeral Home, Shrule on Monday October the 3rd from 6:30pm to 8pm followed by removal to St. Josephs Church, Shrule. Requiem Mass on Tuesday at 12 o'clock with funeral proceeding for a private cremation service at Shannon Crematorium.

The mass will be live streamed on the Shrule Parish Facebook page and will also be broadcast on local radio on 101.4 FM.
