Vincent O'Sullivan

On January 23rd 2025, Vincent passed away peacefully, in his 96th year, surrounded by his loving family in the excellent care of staff at Skibbereen Residential Care Centre. Beloved husband of the late Eileen, brother of the late Breda, Catherine, Marion, John and Joe. Dear father of Brendan, Joe and Imelda (Lyne). Sadly missed by his loving family, sister Kathleen, daughters-in-law Eileen and April, son-in-law Jim, heartbroken grandchildren David, Rory, Rachel, Shane, Conor and Keely, great-grandchildren Ellie, Anna and Ophelia, nieces, nephews, his extended family and many friends.

"So fair thee well my sweet Glengarriff, I will cross the ocean to a foreign clime, and fair thee well my friends and colleagues and all the family I leave behind."

Reposing at Coakley’s Funeral Home, Chapel Street, Bantry on Sunday Jan. 26th from 5.00pm to 7pm. Requiem Mass on Monday Jan. 27th at 11am at Sacred Heart Church, Glengarriff (to view live stream please click here) followed by burial in the Glengarriff Cemetery.
