The death has occurred of
Vincent Walsh
The death occurred on Tuesday July 20th of Vincent Walsh of Centennial, Colorado, USA and formerly of Abbeyside, Dungarvan, County Waterford. Born in 1946, he was the second son of the late Councillor Richard A. Walsh and Mary Walsh of New Line, Abbeyside, Dungarvan.
Vincent was educated at University College Dublin, Syracuse University (New York) and the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he completed is Ph.D. in Psychology. He had a successful psychotherapy and counselling clinic in his adopted city of Denver.
Vincent is survived by his loving wife Lisa and his six children Luke, Patrick, Corey, Christian, Alena and Orion and his thirteen grandchildren. Also by his four sisters Eleanor French, Jean Flynn, Vera Santry and Marcella Kiely and his three brothers John, Fran (Proinnsias) and Martin. Fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
Vincent has been cremated in Colorado, where there will be a memorial celebration of his life on his 75th birthday on August 27th.
