On December 10th, we lost Virginia Duffy (nee McGee), Woodlands Drive, Birr, Co Offaly, beloved wife, mother, sister, granny, aunt, grandaunt and friend. Predeceased by her sister Jacqueline Quealy, she will be sadly missed by her devoted husband Paddy (Pádraig O’Dufaigh), loving daughters Sinéad and Nollaig, son Ciarán, brother Tom and sister Sr. Ethel Mc Gee, sister-in-law Mary (Mc Gee) and brother-in-law Michael (Quealy).Also sadly missed by sons-in- law Damien Ryan, Bryan Gilsenan, daughter-in-law Céire Rochford and adored grandchildren Patrick, Daniel, Sarah, Fionn and Odhran.

 
Reposing in Boyd’s Funeral Home from 5pm to 7pm on Monday, December 12th. Arriving to St. Brendan’s Church, Birr on Tuesday at 10.45am for Mass to celebrate her life at 11am. Burial afterwards in Clonoghill Cemetery. The Mass will be live streamed on:
