Wesley Gumley

Wesley Gumley, Deggan, Butlersbridge, Co. Cavan, Saturday January 10th 2025, suddenly and peacefully at his home. Wesley was a dedicated and devoted family man who will be greatly missed by his heartbroken wife Hazel, devastated son Keith, daughter in law Allyson (Gormley), brother Frank (Amy), sister Linda (Sidney Kilroy) best friend Adrian Donohoe and his nieces and nephews.

Wesley touched the hearts of many with his loyalty and humour and will be sadly missed by his wide circle of friends and family.

Resting at his home in Deggan on Wednesday evening from 5pm until 8pm. A shuttle bus will be in operation to and from the house from Butlersbridge football pitch (H12FY68) on the evening. Please avail of this as parking is very limited around the house and the bypass is very busy around that area. Wesley's Funeral Service will take place on Thursday at 12 noon in Cavan Parish Church, Farnham St. Cavan. Interment will take place afterwards in the New Cemetery, Tullacmongan, Cavan Town. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to Cavan Parish Church Restoration Fund, c/o Mc Mahon Funeral Directors, Farnham Rd, Cavan, donation box in the church or any family member.
