William (Bill) Byrne

Byrne William (Bill), 26th September 2025 (Jobstown and formerly of Sperrin Road, Drimnagh); passed peacefully surrounded by his loving family in the exceptional care of the ICU, St. James’s Hospital. Predeceased by his loving wife Frances, grandson Conor and siblings Paddy and Ann. Bill will be forever loved and sadly missed by his son Declan, daughters Lisa, Jennifer and Gemma, grandchildren Karl, Katelyn, Keegan, Kai, Darcey and Frankie, son-in-law Alan, brothers Thomas and Stephen, sisters Frances, Christine and Angela, extended family, neighbours and his large circle of friends.

Reposing at the Brian McElroy Funeral Home, The Square, Tallaght (opp Tallaght Stadium) on Thursday (2nd October) from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Friday (3rd October) at 11.00am in St Mary’s Priory, Tallaght followed by burial in Bohernabreena Cemetery arriving at approx. 12.45pm.
