William (Bill) Carrie

William (Bill) passed away peacefully in his sleep in St. James's Hospital on 11th August, 2025. He will be dearly missed by his wife Diane, his two children, son Russell and daughter Angela, his three grandchildren Katie, Jenny and Emily, his sisters, niece and nephew, sister and brother-in-law, extended family, neighbours and friends. To his grand-daughters: Katie, Jenny and Emily, he was their "Granddaddy", a title filled with love and warmth. They will tell you how much he meant to them and that love is a testament to the man he was.

Bill was a person who knew what truly mattered and he made sure that his family knew they were loved. He leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, unwavering devotion and a space in everyone's hearts.

May Bill Rest In Peace.

Bill's Cremation Service will take place on Friday at 1.30p.m. in Newlands Cross Crematorium.
