William (Bill) Joynt

Bill passed peacefully from this life at home surrounded by his loving family on Friday 8th May. He is predeceased by his loving wife Joanne, he is deeply missed by his daughters Deborah and Rachel, son in law Kevin, grand-daughter Felicity, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

In keeping with State and HSE guidelines a private Mass will be offered for Bill's Soul on Monday 11th at 12oc in St. Brendan’s Cathedral. The Mass will be broadcast live for all who cannot attend on loughreacathedral.ie at 12oc. Bill will be laid to rest with his best friend Joanne immediately afterward in Mount Pleasant Cemetery. The funeral cortége will leave from Carraig Geal at 11:35am travelling to St Brendan’s Cathedral via the boat house and Barrack Street. If you wish to offer your support, you are invited to stand out along Bill's final journey to the church and cemetery, respecting social distance and HSE directives. Donations, if desired, to Galway Hospice in lieu of flowers please.
