The death has occurred of
William (Bill) Whelan
Whelan (Glanworth) on February 17th 2021, aged 97 years, suddenly but peacefully at his home Clontinty, Glanworth. William (Bill), (former sacristan & caretaker of Glanworth Church), beloved husband of the late Eileen (née Kent).
Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his loving sons Thomas, Pat & Noel, daughters-in-law Anne, Mary & Noels partner Veronica, grandchildren Barry, Darren & Ciarán, sister Susan, nephews & nieces, relatives, neighbours and a large circle of friends, especially Frances & Martha who were so good to Dad.
May He Rest In Peace.
Bill's Funeral Mass will be live streamed on
at 12 noon on Friday, 19th February 2021.
A private family funeral will take place in accordance with current guidelines. We thank you for your co-operation and understanding at this difficult time. Please leave your personal message for Bill's family in the condolence section below.
