The death has occurred of
William (Billy) Barry
BARRY, Ard Dara, COPE, Bonnington, Montenottee and formerly Ballymacraheen, Butlerstown, Bandon, Co. Cork.
On 6th July peacefully, surrounded by family and friends in the tender loving care of all staff at Mercy University Hospital Cork, William/Billy son of the late John & Mary (Maud) Barry, brother to the late ML John and James.
Sadly missed by his brother Kevin, sisters Bridget, Teresa (Crowley), Helen, Patricia (Kennelly), Margaret and Pauline (Holland), nephews and nieces, Sara, Barry, Mark, Emma, Caoimhe and David, brothers-in-law, Drew, Pat and Finbarr, Bridget’s partner Larry and Helen’s partner Jerry, also his very close knit COPE family, whom we are truly thankful to.
Reposing at Riverview Chapel, Middle Glanmire Road, (Eircode:T23PT93) on Monday, 8th July 2024, from 3pm to 5pm.
Also reposing at Holland’s Funeral Home (P72FY88), Monday, 8th July, from 8pm to 9pm followed by prayers at 9pm.
Requiem Mass on Tuesday, 9th July 2024, at 12 noon in Our Lady Star of the Sea Church, Barryroe (P72 T206) and burial afterwards at Lislee Cemetery.
