William (Billy) Collins

The death has occurred of William (Billy) Collins after a long illness, peacefully at the Mater Hospital on 24 July 2024 aged 76 with his beloved wife Mary by his side. Billy will be sadly missed by his loving wife Mary, adored children, daughter Suzanne and son Lorcan, son-in-law Fergal, daughter-in-law Louise and beloved grandchildren, Rosalie and Barry, his extended family, wide circle of friends, neighbours and sailing community.

Billy will repose at Frank Jennings Funeral Home, Greendale Road, Foxfield, Kilbarrack on Friday, 26 July, from 4pm – 6pm. A funeral service will be held at Dardistown Crematorium on Saturday, 27 July, at 10am. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to the Mater Foundation or the RLNI.
