The death has occurred of
William (Billy) Cooke
William (Billy) Cooke of Greystones and formerly Crumlin who passed away in his 89th year on Sunday 23rd March 2025 peacefully at St Vincent’s University Hospital following a short illness. Beloved husband of the late Pauline (née Byrne) and much loved father of Francine, Stephen, Linda and David. He will be sadly missed by his loving family, grandchildren Jason, Amy, Abbie and Ben, sisters Kathleen and Patty, son in law Peter, daughter in law Deirdre, sister in law, Sr Patricia, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Resting where no shadows fall
In peaceful sleep he awaits us all

When one by one we meet again.
Reposing at the William Doyle Funeral Home Kilcoole from 5pm until 7pm on Wednesday. Removal from his home on Thursday morning at 9.30am (walking to Donnybrook Fair) to the Holy Rosary Church, Greystones arriving for funeral Mass at 10am after which Billy will be laid to rest with Pauline in Kilquade New Cemetery.
