William (Billy) Phelan

Billy passed away peacefully after a short illness, surrounded by his loving family, in the excellent care of the doctors, nurses and staff of Waterford University Hospital on Tuesday 9th December.

Predeceased by his father Luke, mother Catherine, brothers James, Paddy and Peter, sister Mary, nephews Peter and James and niece Catherine.

Billy will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his brother Joe, sisters-in-law Mary, Celine and Mary, nieces Fiona, Paula, Elaine, Maria and Eimear, nephews Kieran, Brian and Ronan, grandnieces Erin, Vera and Robin, grandnephews Peter, Brian, Lucas, James and Finlay, extended family and especially his wonderful neighbours and friends.

Reposing on Thursday at Donnacha Doyle & Sons Funeral Home, Grannagh, Kilmacow from 5:00pm until 7:00pm. Arriving on Friday at St. Senan’s Church, Kilmacow (via his residence) for Requiem Mass at 11:00am. Burial after in the adjoining cemetery.
