William Joseph (Willie Joe) Burke

William Joseph Burke (Willie Joe), Ballinacourty, Clarinbridge, Co. Galway. On Wednesday 4th December 2024, Willie Joe passed away peacefully at Galway Hospice with his family by his side. Predeceased by his wife Nellie (née Caulfield), parents Winifred and Patrick, sister Mary Hogan, brother Pat, and infant daughter Marie Catherine.

Regretted by sons Páraic,Martin, Richard and William, daughters-in-law Siobhain, Maria, Martina and Anna, brothers Tom and Richard, sisters Sr. Catherine (Los Angeles) and Bríd Keane, (Athlone), sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchild, nieces and nephews. He is also regretted by a wide circle of relatives and friends.

Reposing in Maree Pastoral Centre, on the grounds of St. Joseph's Church, Maree (H91 KOY9) on Friday December 6th from 4.30pm to 6.30pm. Funeral cortège will arrive on Saturday 7th December to St. Joseph's Church Maree for Requiem Mass at 12 noon followed by removal and burial in Ballinacourty Cemetery.
