and formerly of Gathabawn.
Retired CS at Stephen's Baracks, Kilkenny
Liam, in his 99th year, passed away on 27th August 2025, peacefully after a short illness, at St. Luke's Hospital, surrounded by family. Beloved husband of Peggy (nee Cuddihy) and much loved father of Suzanne and Thomas. Liam will be dearly missed by his wife and family, son-in-law Ahmed, daughter-in-law Joan, grandchildren Ruth, Yacine, Louiza, Maria and Aaron, niece Bethanne, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Liam is predeceased by his sisters Anne and Margaret and brother John.

Reposing in Johnston's Funeral Home, John's Green, Kilkenny (R95XE00) on Friday (29th August) from 5pm to 7pm with Rosary and Prayers at 6.30pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday morning at 11am in St. Canice's Church, Kilkenny (R95V440)
Funeral afterwards to St. Lachtain's Cemetery, Freshford.
House Private please.
