William Molan

William Molan,

in his 93rd year, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family in Cork University Hospital on December 18th 2024.

Son of the late Michael and Margaret, brother of the late Kathleen, Mary and Pauline, uncle of the late Christopher Lane, gran uncle of the late Nicola Stringer and Caitlin Taylor.

William will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by his family, sisters; Mairead (Lane), Siobhan (Looney) and Celestine (Taylor), nephews, in particular his nephew Redmond Lane, nieces, grand nephews, grand nieces, relatives, kind neighbours and friends.

William will repose in Hannon's Funeral Home, Doneraile on Friday evening, December 20th, from 6pm to 7.30pm followed by prayers.

Reception into St Craebhnait's Church, Annakisha for Requiem Mass at 11am on Saturday, December 21st 2024.

Burial immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

William's family would like to express their sincere thanks to the staff of Abbeylands Nursing home, Kildorrery for the support and kindness shown to William over the last number of years while he was in their care.

A word of thanks also to the doctors , nurses and staff of Cork University Hospital for the care and attention given to William in his final days.
