The death has occurred of
William Shields
Shields: Meelin. On June 27, 2019, peacefully in the loving care of the staff of Adare and District Nursing Home, William (Bill), Rowels, husband of the late Nellie (née Bucke) and dear dad of John and Mary Anne (Reidy), Broadford. Deeply mourned by his loving son, daughter, son-in-law Liam, granddaughters Ellen and Sinead, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
May he rest in peace.
Reposing at O'Reilly's Funeral Home, Newmarket. Rosary on Thursday at 9pm. Reposing on Friday from 7pm to 9pm followed by removal to St. Joseph's Church, Meelin. Requiem Mass on Saturday at 12 noon. Funeral afterwards to Springfield Cemetery.
