William (Willie) DOWNES

DOWNES, William (Willie) (Cabra, Dublin) – 18th September 2023 (peacefully) at home surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his wife Alice and daughter Lisa. William will be very sadly missed and remembered with love by his children Veronica, Eileen, Dolores, Janet and Derek, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, daughter-in-law, sons-in-law, sister Maureen, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Lanigans Funeral Home, Faussagh Avenue, Cabra, on Friday, 22nd September, from 9am onwards. Removal on Friday, 22nd September, to Christ the King Church, Cabra arriving for 10am Mass, followed by cremation in Glasnevin Crematorium. Those who are unable to attend the funeral, please feel free to leave a message in the Condolence Book at the bottom of the page. Family flowers only please.
