William (Willie) Fleming

The death has occurred of William (Willie) Fleming, Castlehill, Castlerea, Co. Roscommon - 14th January 2024, peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff of Sligo University Hospital surrounded by his family. Predeceased by his parents John and Mary, brother Leo, wife Patsy and niece Ann (Carberry). Willie will be sadly missed by his loving children Joanne (Angus, London), Shirley (Castlerea), Liam (Castlerea) and Stephen (Tubbercurry), brother Paddy (Trien), sisters Madeline (Carberry, Castlerea), Nora (Kenny, Castleteehan), Marcella (Raftery, Trien), and Teresa (Flanagan, Lisacul), beloved grandchildren Vicky, Kelly, Samantha, Liam Jnr, Mark, Sophie, Sadhbh and Ríona, great-grandson Tommy, daughters-in-law Fiona and Joanna (Keenan), son-in-law Jim (Angus), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and his many friends.

Reposing at Gaynor’s Funeral Home, Castlerea from 4.30pm - 7pm on Tuesday evening. Funeral arriving at St. Patrick’s Church, Castlerea for Mass of the Resurrection at 11am on Wednesday. Burial afterwards in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
